🎯 Key Responsibilities
As an Inbound Compliance Executive at Deloitte India, you will:
- Prepare complete documentation packages for Inbound Visa applications (online forms, cover letters, submission bundles).
- Handle FRRO-related tasks: registration, visa extensions, and OCI card documentation.
- File Form C compliance applications through the respective portals.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for document legalization (Embassy attestations, Apostille) of birth, marriage, education, or employment documents.
- Manage Outbound Visa support: form submissions, appointment bookings, coordination with overseas Deloitte offices.
- Maintain real-time updates of all visa and immigration cases using Deloitte’s internal tools.
- Provide bi-weekly or alternate-day case status reports to senior team members as per Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

🎓 Required Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline
- Prior experience in immigration services, visa processing, or international HR preferred
- Familiarity with Indian immigration portals like FRRO, Form C portal is an advantage
