🎯 Key Responsibilities

As a Director in the HR Transformation (HRT) team, your leadership will drive strategic initiatives across Workday and broader HR transformation engagements. You will:

  • Lead high-value Workday HR transformation projects for enterprise clients.
  • Build and expand Deloitte’s HR Transformation consulting practice.
  • Drive client relationship management and engagement delivery excellence.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and participate in proposal development.

  • Coach and mentor consulting teams across workstreams and solutions.
  • Manage budgets, risks, and ensure compliance with Deloitte’s quality standards.
  • Stay ahead of evolving HR trends, analytics, and cloud-based transformation.

  • Deep expertise in Workday HCM implementation and HR systems strategy.
