Deloitte India is seeking a highly skilled SAP MM Manager to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. With over 9 years of experience in SAP Material Management (MM) and Public Cloud solutions, you will lead the implementation, support, and rollout of SAP MM solutions for global clients. In this role, you will manage cross-functional teams, drive innovation in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, and provide expertise in SAP integration across various modules like SAP FI, SAP SD, SAP PP, and SAP WM. Key Responsibilities
As an SAP MM Manager at Deloitte India, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional SAP solutions for clients globally.
1. SAP MM Implementation & Support
- Lead end-to-end SAP MM implementation projects, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, inventory management, and procurement workflows.
- Manage SAP MM rollout, configurations, and support across geographies.
- Design and configure SAP MM processes such as Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipts (GR), Invoice Verification (IV), and Vendor Master.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with SAP SD, SAP PP, SAP FI, and SAP WM teams to ensure seamless SAP integration.
- Conduct workshops, requirement gathering, and fit-gap analysis to define and document business processes.
3. Data Migration & Process Improvement
- Lead data migration activities, focusing on materials, vendors, and inventory data.
- Provide continuous support in testing, training, and cutover planning.
- Drive process improvements and SAP best practices across the SAP MM module.
4. Mentorship & Client Relationship Management
- Mentor junior consultants and guide them through the delivery process.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure the timely and successful delivery of SAP solutions.
- Provide subject matter expertise and troubleshoot SAP MM-related issues.
Skills & Qualifications
Required Skills
- 10-15 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM, with at least 2 end-to-end implementations in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and SAP MM integration with SAP FI, SD, PP, WM, and Ariba.
- S/4HANA experience (greenfield or brownfield) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps and SAP best practices.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Graduate degree in B.Sc (Computer Science), B.E., or B.Tech.
- SAP S/4HANA MM Certification preferred.
- Experience in subcontracting, consignment, stock transport orders, and intercompany scenarios.
- Domain knowledge in manufacturing, utilities, or retail is a plus.
- Exposure to Agile/Hybrid delivery methodologies.
