Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, you will:
- EPBCS & Oracle Fusion Integration: Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle EPBCS, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Hyperion & PBCS Expertise: Leverage your hands-on experience with Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and PBCS to deliver high-quality solutions for clients.
- Report Building & Financial Tools: Develop reports using Financial Reporting Studio, SmartView, and Web Forms to streamline financial analysis and reporting.
- Process Design & Optimization: Design and optimize budgeting & forecasting processes for modules like Financial Planning, Workforce Planning, and OPEX/ CAPEX.
- Business Rule Development: Write and maintain Business Rules, Calc Scripts, and MDX/MaxL scripts for custom integrations and performance improvements.
- Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to understand requirements and ensure seamless integration between Oracle EPBCS and third-party systems.
- Security Setup: Configure user groups, security, and provisioning to ensure smooth and secure access management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Oracle EPBCS: Expertise in implementing and configuring EPBCS solutions, with a deep understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Hyperion Planning & Essbase: Hands-on experience in using Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and related tools for financial modeling.
- Oracle Fusion Applications: Strong technical background in Oracle Fusion with focus on PBCS/EPBCS integrations and implementations.
- Scripting & Reporting: Proficiency in writing Business Rules, Calc Scripts, and MaxL scripts, as well as creating Smart View and Excel-based reports.
- Security Management: Knowledge of setting up user groups, security roles, and provisioning to ensure secure system access.
Experience
- 5-8 years of experience in implementing Oracle EPBCS, with a solid track record of delivering Oracle Fusion solutions for clients.
- Hands-on experience in Financial Planning, Workforce Planning, and other core budgeting modules within EPBCS.
- Strong background in developing and optimizing budgeting and forecasting processes for global enterprises.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Certifications: Any Oracle EPBCS or Oracle Fusion certifications are a plus.
- Financial Transformation Projects: Experience leading finance transformation projects in large-scale organizations.
- Client-facing Experience: Proven ability to collaborate with clients and guide them through complex financial technology solutions.
