Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant, your role will include:
- End-to-End EPBCS Implementation: Lead the implementation of PBCS/EPBCS solutions, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Hyperion Expertise: Develop and configure solutions using Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and FDMEE for financial management.
- Custom Reporting: Build advanced financial reports using PBCS Financial Reporting Studio, Smart View, and Web Forms.
- Business Rules & Scripting: Write and implement business rules, calc scripts, and MDX scripts to support client requirements.
- Financial Modelling: Design and implement strategic financial models for modules such as Workforce Planning, CAPEX, OPEX, and Project Financial Planning.
- Security & User Provisioning: Oversee the setup of security, user groups, and permissions within the EPBCS environment.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and design tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Oracle EPBCS: Strong hands-on experience with PBCS/EPBCS and Oracle Hyperion applications.
- Financial Planning Expertise: Extensive experience in budgeting and forecasting for financial and workforce planning processes.
- Reporting and Analysis: Proficiency in building reports using PBCS Financial Reporting Studio, Smart View, and Excel integration.
- Scripting: Experience with calc scripts, MDX scripts, MaxL, and Business Rules for advanced financial functions.
- Integration: Knowledge of integrating Oracle Fusion with third-party systems.
Experience
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Oracle EPBCS and Hyperion Planning solutions.
- Expertise in implementing financial forecasting and budgeting processes for large organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Certifications in EPBCS or related Oracle products.
- Experience with cloud-based financial solutions and advanced financial modelling techniques.
