Key Responsibilities
- HR Transformation: Lead and support the configuration and implementation of SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules for clients in a global environment.
- Module Configuration: Implement requisition templates, candidate management, interview processes, and offer letters in the Recruiting module.
- Onboarding Expertise: Configure and optimize Onboarding 2.0, including custom joining forms, pre-boarding sites, and Career sites.
- Data Migration: Assist in data migration activities, including Recruiting Data Templates preparation, transformation, validation, and data load.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and clients to provide post-implementation support and warranty services.
- Global Knowledge: Apply localized knowledge of Onboarding processes across regions such as India, the USA, and the Middle East.
- Workshops & UAT: Actively participate in design workshops, playbacks, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Skills & Qualifications
Required Skills
- SuccessFactors: Hands-on experience in SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding module configuration.
- HR Transformation: Strong knowledge of HR transformation processes and practices, particularly in Recruiting and Onboarding.
- Configuration Expertise: Proficiency in Recruiting configuration such as requisition templates, candidate management, offer letters, and integrated data flow.
- Onboarding 2.0: Expertise in configuring Onboarding 2.0, pre-boarding sites, and custom joining forms.
- Data Migration: Experience in data migration within the Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Certifications: Active certifications in SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0.
- Global Experience: Knowledge of HR processes in India, USA, and Middle East regions.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work in cross-functional teams and contribute to the success of global HR transformation projects.
Education & Experience
- Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of HR transformation experience, with a focus on SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding.
- Certifications: Certifications in SuccessFactors or other HR technology tools are an added advantage.
