Role Overview

As a Senior Consultant in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) at Deloitte, you will play a key role in driving HR transformation projects, specializing in SAP HCM modules including Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), and Time Management (TM). You’ll work closely with clients to define business requirements, design and configure SAP solutions, and ensure the successful integration and testing of HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Business Requirements & Process Mapping: Lead requirement gathering sessions, perform gap analysis, and map business processes for SAP HCM solutions.
• System Design & Configuration: Design and configure SAP Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), and Time Management (TM), including employee data, work schedules, shifts, and leave management.
• Testing & Validation: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure SAP HCM solutions meet client expectations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure smooth integration and functionality of SAP HCM with other business modules.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare functional specifications, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Client Engagement: Provide expert guidance and ensure the successful implementation of SAP HCM processes for clients.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 5-7 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM with a strong focus on Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), and Time Management (TM).
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA HCM modules, with knowledge of SAP reporting tools (e.g., SAP Query, Ad Hoc Reporting).
• HR Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices related to employee management, payroll, and time tracking.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills, along with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
• Certifications: SAP HCM certification is preferred but not required.
