Key Responsibilities
💡 Design & Development of Generative AI Solutions
- Lead the design and development of Generative AI models tailored for diverse applications such as text generation, computer vision, and NLP.
- Integrate AI models with existing IT infrastructure, specifically on Microsoft Azure, ensuring efficient deployment and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, data engineers, and IT to deliver innovative AI-powered solutions that enhance clients’ digital experiences.
🔧 AI Model Deployment & Optimization
- Oversee the deployment of Generative AI models in production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Develop and apply techniques like data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data augmentation to improve model performance.
- Continuously monitor and optimize AI models based on real-time feedback and performance metrics to ensure top-tier efficiency.
🔍 Research & Innovation in AI
- Stay ahead of industry trends by researching and implementing new AI techniques and technologies.
- Keep up with advancements in machine learning, computer vision, and NLP, bringing the best of the field to your projects and teams.
- Proactively apply innovative AI solutions to solve complex business challenges and improve overall operational efficiency for clients.
📊 Collaborate & Lead AI Initiatives
- Work closely with client-facing teams to identify AI opportunities and help implement strategies that leverage Generative AI for business transformation.
- Lead discussions and contribute to building the AI Center of Excellence at Deloitte by mentoring junior staff and sharing knowledge about AI trends and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
✅ Core Skills
- 5+ years of experience working with Generative AI, machine learning, and AI models (NLP, computer vision, etc.).
- Hands-on experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure and working with tools such as TensorFlow, Python, and Jupyter Notebooks.
- Proven ability to design and implement AI models, particularly in areas like text analysis, image recognition, and data augmentation.
✅ Technical Expertise
- Expertise in cloud computing and AI model deployment on platforms like Azure.
- Strong experience in data processing tools and techniques such as data preprocessing, feature extraction, and data augmentation.
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, including transformers, deep learning, and recurrent neural networks (RNNs).
✅ Educational Qualifications
- A graduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields from a recognized institution.
✅ Soft Skills
