Key Responsibilities
🔧 Metaphase PLM Implementation & Support
- Lead business requirement gathering sessions, understanding Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes.
- Configure Metaphase modules (document management, change management, BOM management) to optimize client workflows.
- Collaborate with technical teams for system integration, data migration, and customization efforts.
- Develop functional specifications and ensure seamless implementation of Metaphase PLM solutions.
🔗 Workflow Automation & System Optimization
- Automate workflows within Metaphase, improving operational efficiency and productivity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Metaphase PLM systems, ensuring smooth post-implementation support.
- Analyze business processes and implement enhancements for continuous system optimization.
📚 Training & Documentation
- Conduct end-user training to ensure proper understanding and use of Metaphase systems.
- Create and maintain user documentation, manuals, and guides for ongoing system use and training.
- Provide post-implementation support, addressing user queries and troubleshooting system functionality.
📈 Continuous Process Improvement
- Lead initiatives to optimize PLM workflows and enhance system performance, contributing to ongoing process improvement.
- Maintain strong communication with cross-functional teams including Engineering, IT, Manufacturing, and Quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
✅ Core Skills
- Deep knowledge of Metaphase PLM, including modules like document management, change management, and BOM management.
- Proven ability to analyze and configure PLM systems to meet business requirements.
- Experience in data migration, system integration, and workflow automation within Metaphase.
- Strong understanding of PLM best practices and ability to customize systems accordingly.
✅ Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4-9 years of experience in Metaphase PLM implementation and support.
✅ Soft Skills
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with both business and technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in team settings across multiple projects.
