Key Responsibilities

As a Metaphase Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in deploying and supporting Metaphase PLM solutions for clients:

🌐 Business Process Analysis

• Lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify business needs.
• Document and analyze functional requirements, workflows, and business processes in the Metaphase PLM system.

⚙️ System Configuration & Customization

• Configure Metaphase modules such as document management, change management, and BOM (Bill of Materials) to meet client needs.
• Customize workflows to improve product lifecycle processes.

🔄 System Integration & Data Migration

• Collaborate with technical teams for data migration and system integration of Metaphase PLM with other business systems.
• Provide guidance on system enhancements and integrations.

🏆 User Training & Documentation

• Conduct end-user training and create user manuals to ensure effective system adoption.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for Metaphase functionalities.

📈 Continuous Improvement

• Drive process optimization initiatives to improve system performance and business workflows.
• Work with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and IT to ensure seamless PLM system performance.

Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in the Metaphase Functional Consultant role, you will need the following skills and experience:

✅ Core Skills:

• Deep understanding of Metaphase PLM platform and modules like document management, change management, and BOM management.
• Proven experience with PLM system configuration, workflow automation, and system integration.
• Expertise in data migration and implementation of Metaphase features.

✅ Qualifications:
