🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Lead SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC) implementation and optimization projects for large-scale HR transformation engagements.
- Manage end-to-end delivery including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders and cross-functional teams to design efficient HRIS workflows and processes.
- Provide strategic consulting on Employee Central best practices, Position Management, Time Management, and Global Benefits.
- Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation to ensure successful project delivery.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a high-performing team environment.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements in SuccessFactors EC modules.
- Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors updates and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering quality solutions on time and within budget.
💡 Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC) implementations and support.
- Strong knowledge of core SF EC concepts including Position Management, Time Off, MDF, and Global Benefits.
- Proven track record in HR transformation consulting and HRIS system integration.
- Excellent understanding of standard HR business processes and workflows.
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or related field preferred.
