Key Responsibilities
As a Dassault Systèmes Consultant, you will:
- Configure, customize, and deploy 3DEXPERIENCE, Delmia, and Product Template Studio (PTS) solutions.
- Design and optimize PLM processes for product development and digital manufacturing.
- Collaborate with engineering, IT, and manufacturing teams to understand and implement business requirements.
- Create workflows, templates, and automation scripts using Dassault tools and scripting languages.
- Integrate Dassault PLM solutions with enterprise systems like ERP, MES, and CAD platforms.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, perform system upgrades, and support validation processes.
- Conduct user training, develop documentation, and provide Level 2/3 technical support.
- Ensure PLM data integrity, performance, and compliance with security standards.
- Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and innovation within the digital manufacturing ecosystem.
Required Skills & Experience
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 3–6 years of experience working on Dassault Systèmes solutions, especially 3DEXPERIENCE, Delmia, and PTS.
- Proficiency in configuring Delmia Process Planning, Simulation, and Manufacturing Execution.
- Expertise in template development, parameterization, and inheritance logic for PLM.
- Hands-on experience integrating PLM platforms with other enterprise applications.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills in PLM environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as VBScript, CAA, or EKL (Experience Knowledge Language).
- Exposure to digital factory concepts, smart manufacturing, and large-scale PLM deployments.
- Experience working in OEM or industrial manufacturing environments.
