Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end integration of SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Payroll, LMS) with SAP HCM, SAP S/4HANA, and third-party HR/payroll applications using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
- Configure and maintain API-based and file-based integrations using middleware solutions, ensuring smooth data flow and conversions.
- Utilize SuccessFactors Integration Center and Business Integration Builder for integration configuration and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to design and validate integration solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Participate in technical design sessions, System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) workshops.
- Implement and manage Single Sign-On (SSO), Identity Authentication Service (IAS), and Identity Provisioning Service (IPS) configurations for secure access.
- Provide production and post-go-live support for integrations, ensuring high system availability and performance.
- Document technical designs, integration flows, and configuration settings with accuracy.
- Stay updated on SuccessFactors integration tools, SAP CPI enhancements, and HR technology trends to proactively recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Certified SAP SuccessFactors Integration Consultant (SAP CPI) with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with 3-4 full lifecycle SuccessFactors integration projects, ideally as a lead or supporting lead consultant.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors standard integration packages and best practices.
- Proficiency in API management, middleware configurations, and data conversion techniques.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Business Integration Builder, SAP HCM, and SAP S/4HANA integration landscapes.
- Familiarity with SSO, IAS, IPS configurations, and cloud security protocols.
- Bonus: SAP ABAP knowledge and experience integrating SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) with third-party applications.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in IT, Computer Science, HRIS, or related fields.

- Primary base: Hyderabad, India (with flexibility for Pan-India candidates).
