Key Responsibilities
- Lead and independently execute project tasks related to compensation, benefits, and workforce rewards programs.
- Coach and guide junior consultants and analysts to deliver high-quality work.
- Collaborate closely with managers and directors to develop client deliverables aligned with business needs.
- Anticipate client challenges and proactively recommend effective rewards and performance solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent and reliable project delivery.
- Identify critical issues affecting clients’ strategic HR and rewards initiatives and drive resolutions.
- Support new business development through proposal contributions and thought leadership.
- Manage day-to-day activities as part of the Deloitte Human Capital team, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to internal practice-building initiatives to strengthen Deloitte’s Workforce Transformation services.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in Compensation & Benefits design, Incentive program management, and Performance Management.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and MS Office tools.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to apply structured design thinking methodologies to solve HR and rewards challenges.
- Bachelor’s, Post-Graduate Diploma, or Master’s degree from a Tier 1 institute.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects with minimal supervision and contribute to team success.
