Key Responsibilities

SAP SuccessFactors Implementation & Configuration

• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations globally and regionally.
• Configure Employee Central modules including Time Management, Position Management, Time Off, and Benefits as per business requirements.
• Design and build custom MDF objects, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), Report Center reports (Canvas & Advanced), Business Rules, and Workflows.
• Translate business needs into system configuration, creating scalable and effective solution designs.

Testing & Support

• Manage and participate in system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-to-end testing for SuccessFactors modules.
• Provide production and warranty support to ensure system stability and performance.
• Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors releases, proactively identifying enhancement opportunities for absence and time management modules.

Data Migration & Documentation

• Lead data migration efforts from legacy HRIS systems into SuccessFactors Employee Central, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain detailed documentation of solution designs, configuration settings, and process flows.
• Generate reports and analytics to monitor absence trends, compliance, and operational insights.

Skills & Qualifications

• Certified SuccessFactors Employee Central practitioner with 6-10 years of hands-on implementation experience.
• Proven experience leading 2-3 full-cycle SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.
• Strong expertise in Time Management configuration within SAP SuccessFactors.
• In-depth knowledge of Core HR Employee Central modules: Position Management, Time Off, Time Sheets, Benefits.
• Skilled in creating Custom MDF objects, Business Rules, Notifications, and Letters.
• Familiarity with Indian and Middle East HR localization requirements.
• Experience in Design, Playback, and UAT workshops.
• Expertise in leading or supporting Data Migration workstreams, including template creation, data transformation, validation, and loading.
• Additional certifications or experience in Payroll, Compensation modules is a plus.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.

Location & Work Model

• Primary location: Mumbai with flexible PAN India opportunities.

• Occasional travel to client locations may be required.
