Key Responsibilities
Workday Integration Design & Development
- Lead the design, build, testing, and deployment of Workday integration solutions to meet business requirements.
- Analyze functional specifications and translate them into technical integration designs.
- Develop and document program code adhering to software development best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues, providing expert-level support and resolution.
Project & Team Leadership
- Autonomously manage Workday integration workstreams throughout all project phases.
- Collaborate closely with functional teams and stakeholders to align integration solutions with business needs.
- Support customer engagement by managing expectations and delivering high-quality integration deliverables.
Technical Expertise & Support
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of Workday Integration tools including Cloud Connectors, CCW, EIB, DT’s, XML/XSLT, and Report Writer.
- Apply experience with Web Services APIs (REST, SOAP, WSDL) and security protocols like SSL, PGP, SAML.
- Create detailed system integration specs, field mapping, and process designs for seamless system integration.
- Provide production and warranty support, resolving incidents and maintaining system stability.
Skills & Qualifications
- Workday Integration certification OR Workday HCM plus certification in at least one module (Absence, Compensation, Time Tracking, Benefits, Learning, Recruiting).
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Workday integration and functional development/support.
- Strong knowledge of Workday Cloud Connectors, EIB, Studio integrations, and Web Services.
- Functional understanding of HCM modules including Core HR, Recruitment, Payroll preferred.
- Ability to lead integration efforts autonomously across project lifecycle stages.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage client relationships effectively.
- Familiarity with Business Process Configuration, Security, and Agile/SDLC methodologies.
- Experience with PECI/PICOF integrations and Workday Studio is a plus.
- Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Location & Work Model
- Base location: Delhi with PAN India opportunities.
