Key Responsibilities
As Associate Director – Workday Integrations, you will:
Integration Leadership
- Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integration solutions aligned with business needs.
- Lead integration strategy across modules including HCM, Compensation, Absence, Benefits, and more.
- Manage full-cycle development using EIB, Workday Studio, Cloud Connectors, CCW, Report Writer, etc.
- Own resolution of integration issues, provide production support, and troubleshoot system-level problems.
Client Engagement
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements and develop technical specifications.
- Translate functional requirements into scalable technical integration designs.
- Conduct presentations and manage client expectations throughout delivery lifecycle.
Team & Project Management
- Lead cross-functional Workday teams across geographies and time zones.
- Mentor junior developers and consultants, fostering skills in Workday tools and integration practices.
- Drive excellence in delivery, ensuring adherence to Agile and SDLC methodologies.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- ✅ 12+ years of total experience, with 7+ years in Workday integrations and development.
- ✅ Certified in Workday Integration and at least one functional module (e.g., HCM, Compensation).
- ✅ Hands-on experience with Cloud Connect, Studio, CCW, EIB, Report Writer, XSLT/XML, etc.
- ✅ Knowledge of web services technologies: REST, SOAP, WSDL, SSL, PGP, SAML.
- ✅ Solid understanding of HCM functional areas like Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting.
- ✅ Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- ✅ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Good to Have
- 🌟 Hands-on with PECI/PICOF integrations.
- 🌟 Pre-sales or RFP experience in Workday solutions.
- 🌟 Knowledge of Business Process Configuration and Workday Security.
- 🌟 Experience in managing production support or warranty periods.
