Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant in Deloitte’s Organization Transformation (OT) practice, you will:
- Lead project teams and mentor junior consultants and analysts
- Independently execute project tasks and manage deliverables end-to-end
- Develop organizational design strategies and transformation frameworks
- Conduct data analysis, workforce modeling, and performance benchmarking
- Create compelling, data-driven client presentations and insights
- Manage stakeholder relationships and contribute to client growth
- Collaborate across internal Deloitte teams (Human Capital, Change, OD, etc.)
- Drive practice development initiatives and contribute to proposals
Core Skills & Expertise
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
- 4+ years of experience in organization design, performance management, or organizational transformation
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong data modeling and analytical thinking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Client-facing experience with a consultative problem-solving mindset
- Ability to manage change and deliver results under tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree from a Tier-1 B-School (e.g., IIM, ISB, XLRI, etc.)
- Strong conceptual grounding in Design Thinking, OD, and HR Strategy
- Prior experience in consulting (Big 4 or global consulting firms preferred)
- Exposure to working across cross-functional, global teams
- Certifications in Agile, Lean, or OD frameworks are a plus
