πΌ Key Responsibilities
As a Cybersecurity Consultant (VAPT), you will:
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing for applications, networks, and infrastructure.
- Conduct secure code reviews across multiple platforms (Java, .NET, Python, etc.).
- Execute configuration audits of systems like Windows, Linux, UNIX, Solaris, and databases.
- Identify security flaws and provide detailed remediation strategies to clients.
- Utilize industry-leading tools such as:
- Kali Linux, Nessus, Qualys, Metasploit, Nmap, Acunetix, AppScan, Burp Suite, Fortify
- Work with scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or Perl for automation and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage directly with clients.
- Document assessment results and deliver technical reports that are clear and actionable.
- Stay updated on the latest security threats, trends, and tools.

- Hands-on experience in:
- Infrastructure and Application Security Testing
- Thick client & Kubernetes security testing
- Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Vulnerability Management and Security Audits
- Deep understanding of TCP/IP, firewalls, IDS/IPS, routers, switches, and enterprise networks
- Strong knowledge of:
- Secure coding practices
- Cybersecurity best practices
- Network architecture
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
π Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Masterβs degree in Engineering, Technology, or related fields:
- B.Tech, B.E., BCA, MCA, MBA
- Preferred Certifications:
- OSCP, CEH, or other recognized cybersecurity credentials

- SAP Penetration Testing experience
- Familiarity with container security (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Exposure to compliance frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, or PCI DSS
