Key Responsibilities
SAP PPQM Solution Design & Implementation
- Lead end-to-end SAP PPQM implementations across manufacturing and quality management processes.
- Design and configure SAP Production Planning and Quality Management modules aligned with client business needs.
- Integrate SAP PPQM with other SAP modules such as Materials Management (MM), Sales & Distribution (SD), and Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Ensure smooth system configuration, testing, and deployment following Deloitte’s quality standards.
Client Engagement & Project Leadership
- Manage SAP PPQM projects, from requirement gathering to post-deployment support.
- Collaborate with Indian clients, understanding domain-specific challenges and delivering tailored SAP solutions.
- Lead workshops, presentations, and demos for stakeholders to align SAP solutions with business goals.
- Proactively identify risks and issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely resolution.
Team Leadership & Knowledge Sharing
- Mentor and guide junior consultants and team members on SAP PPQM best practices.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and contribute to continuous improvement of SAP delivery methodologies.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related fields from premier institutes.
- Minimum 10 years of SAP PPQM experience with proven track record of managing at least 2-3 full lifecycle SAP PPQM projects.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and their integration with SAP MM and SD modules.
- Experience working with Indian clients and understanding local business processes (CIN knowledge preferred).
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) for effective client and stakeholder engagement.
- Willingness to travel for client assignments and projects across multiple cities (Mumbai, Gurgaon, Bengaluru).
