Key Responsibilities
SAP VIM & OpenText Extended ECM Consulting
- Design, develop, and implement OpenText Extended ECM (xECM) for SAP, including live and web reports, workflows, and content server integration.
- Manage SAP DMS document structures, version control, search, vaulting, document workflows, and conversions.
- Execute installation, migration, and archiving of SAP documents from Content Server and DMS.
- Configure SAP Business Workspaces, Business Attachments, Storage Categories, and Repositories within OpenText.
Project Delivery & Client Engagement
- Lead at least 2 full life-cycle implementations of OpenText xECM and SAP DMS projects.
- Collaborate with SAP ECC core modules for seamless SAP DMS application integration.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP VIM processes and OpenText solutions to exceed client expectations.
Reporting & Communication
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients and internal teams.
- Prepare documentation and reports that align with project goals and stakeholder requirements.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 6 to 9 years of experience in SAP VIM, OpenText Extended ECM (xECM), and SAP Document Management System (DMS).
- Proven track record with SAP integration modules such as S/4 HANA, SAP CRM, and SAP SRM.
- Strong technical knowledge of OpenText Content Server installation and migration.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently for client engagements.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment blending remote and onsite work.
