Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting statutory audits and assurance engagements for a diverse client portfolio.
- Apply accounting and auditing standards to review financial statements and ensure compliance.
- Prepare and maintain accurate audit documentation, working papers, and reports.
- Support senior auditors in risk assessment, internal controls testing, and substantive procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and client stakeholders to gather audit evidence.
- Utilize MS Excel and presentation tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Develop strong articulation and communication skills through client interactions and team discussions.
- Gain exposure to Deloitte’s best practices, tools, and methodologies in external audit.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Cleared both groups of IPCC (Intermediate level of Chartered Accountancy).
- Candidates awaiting IPCC results may also apply.
- Graduation from a recognized university or pursuing graduation (correspondence preferred).
- Strong understanding of accounting and auditing principles and standards.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in teams.
- Willingness to travel frequently to client locations.
- No prior Articleship registration with other firms.
