Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality learning materials such as Instructor-Led Trainings (ILT), Web-Based Trainings (WBT), explainer videos, simulations, and game-based learning products aligned with project goals and client needs.
- Manage multiple learning projects, ensuring timely delivery of business-ready training solutions with limited supervision.
- Collaborate actively with clients and internal teams to understand learning requirements, facilitate design brainstorming sessions, and articulate innovative ideas.
- Develop training curricula, storyboards, and engaging content that aligns with client brand guidelines and industry standards.
- Conduct design research and competitive analysis to stay updated on emerging trends in change management and learning technologies.
- Recommend and implement creative branding and instructional strategies to enhance learner engagement and retention.
- Utilize technology tools like Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline 360, and SAP Enable Now to build interactive learning experiences.
- Maintain project timelines and manage priorities across multiple assignments efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience (3-5+ years) as an Instructional Designer, Digital Content Creator, or Change Management Consultant in learning and development domains.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, Gagne’s Nine Events of Instruction, and Kirkpatrick’s Evaluation Model.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Hands-on experience with e-learning authoring tools like Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline 360, or SAP Enable Now.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive, clear, and concise learning messages.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Experience working on technology transformation projects is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
