Key Responsibilities
As a Manager – Change Management, your core responsibilities will include:
1. Client Delivery & Execution
- Lead change management strategy for large transformation projects (ERP, AI, RPA, etc.)
- Design and implement stakeholder engagement plans and communication frameworks
- Coach and mentor junior consultants on project delivery and methodology
- Align leadership and stakeholders for seamless change adoption
- Ensure delivery excellence, risk mitigation, and client satisfaction
2. Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industry sectors
- Support key account strategies and drive strategic client relationships
- Develop compelling value propositions, proposals, and client presentations
- Contribute to commercial and risk review processes
3. Thought Leadership
- Contribute to whitepapers, blogs, research papers, and Deloitte’s internal knowledge base
- Collaborate with global member firms to contextualize global solutions in the Indian market
4. Practice & Team Management
- Lead internal capability-building initiatives and knowledge sharing
- Manage teams of Consultants and Senior Consultants on multiple projects
- Provide developmental feedback, support growth, and foster team culture
Key Skills & Expertise
We’re looking for professionals with:
- Expertise in Change Management, Organization Transformation, and ERP change adoption
- Exposure to emerging technologies like AI, RPA, Blockchain, and their business impact
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical mindset and project leadership abilities
- Familiarity with Agile transformation frameworks and cultural change
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Economics, IT, or related fields
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in change management, organizational transformation, or consulting
- Hands-on experience in large-scale change programs or digital transformation (ERP, AI, RPA)
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management tools
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Willingness to travel frequently across client sites in India
