Key Responsibilities
As an Oracle DBA Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the design and implementation of Oracle Database architecture
- Managing backup and recovery strategies, ensuring high availability and data integrity
- Administering and monitoring Oracle Data Guard configurations for disaster recovery
- Executing cross-platform database migrations (on-premise to cloud or hybrid)
- Ensuring secure and efficient SSO (Single Sign-On) configuration

Required Skills & Tools
To be successful in this Oracle DBA Manager role, you should have:
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Database Administration
- Expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) (certification preferred)
- Proficiency in Data Guard, RMAN, and backup-recovery processes
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle GoldenGate for replication and data sync
- Experience in SSO configuration and database-level security
- Ability to manage cross-platform database migrations
- Solid understanding of performance tuning, indexing, partitioning
- Familiarity with database monitoring and incident management tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Certification
