🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality learning materials such as Instructor-Led Trainings (ILTs), Web-Based Trainings (WBTs), digital learning products, explainer videos, and gamified learning tools tailored to client requirements
- Manage multiple learning projects ensuring timely delivery of business-ready content with minimal supervision
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to clearly understand learning needs and translate them into engaging instructional content
- Lead creative design activities including storyboarding, brainstorming, and design research sessions with stakeholders
- Apply branding guidelines in the design process using appropriate images, typography, graphics, and layouts
- Stay updated on the latest learning technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions
- Contribute ideas for new training programs and help enhance the learning experience through creative and analytical approaches
🛠️ Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of instructional design models (e.g., Bloom’s Taxonomy, ADDIE, Gagne’s Nine Events, Kirkpatrick’s Evaluation Levels)
- Experience with digital learning tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline 360, or SAP Enable Now
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to develop persuasive learning messages
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively
- Strategic thinker with strong initiative, capable of engaging with all levels of management
- Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams and client environments
🎓 Qualifications & Preferred Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Education, or related fields preferred
- 2 to 3 years of experience as an Instructional Designer, Learning Analyst, Digital Content Creator, or Change Management Analyst
- Prior exposure to technology transformation projects is a plus
- Strong project management and organizational skills
