Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of architects, consultants, and engineers focused on conversational AI solutions.
- Collaborate with external partners to design and implement AI-driven conversation architectures and chatbot solutions.
- Translate business and customer needs into scalable conversational AI strategies on Google Cloud.
- Develop and execute delivery strategies for conversational AI products, ensuring smooth migration, integration, and adoption.
- Monitor project progress, KPIs, and team performance to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI, NLP, and bot technologies to innovate and improve Google Cloud’s conversational AI offerings.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of experience working with conversation architecture, bot designing, and AI solutions.
- At least 3 years programming experience in languages such as Python or Java.
- 2+ years managing technical teams in cloud environments.
- Experience with Generative AI, conversational AI flows, natural language processing, and AI-powered bot solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Background in Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or NLP with a focus on conversation analysis, pragmatics, or language modeling.
- Experience in chat or voice bot development, contact center technologies, or digital ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of KPIs and performance tracking for contact center and AI solutions.
