Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain large-scale software solutions focused on AI/ML and GenAI innovations.
- Lead technical project strategy for machine learning infrastructure, optimizing model deployment, evaluation, and fine-tuning.
- Drive implementation of state-of-the-art generative AI technologies, including LLMs and multi-modal models.
- Provide technical leadership across distributed engineering teams, managing priorities, deadlines, and project deliverables.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with AI research teams (e.g., Google DeepMind), product managers, and engineering leaders to push the boundaries of AI-powered products.
- Influence and coach team members to align goals and technical execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of professional software development experience.
- At least 7 years of experience leading ML infrastructure projects, including model deployment, data processing, and debugging.
- Strong background in software design, architecture, and launching complex software products (minimum 5 years).
- Hands-on experience with state-of-the-art GenAI techniques (e.g., large language models, computer vision, multi-modal AI) or related concepts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Proven experience in technical leadership roles, leading cross-functional teams and large-scale projects.
- Experience working with complex, multi-business or cross-functional organizations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
