Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Program Manager – Anti-Financial Crime, you will:

  • Drive and manage cross-functional software programs related to payment compliance and security
  • Collaborate with engineering, legal, operations, and compliance teams to deliver high-impact initiatives
  • Lead annual and bi-annual strategic planning cycles for large-scale projects
  • Identify and mitigate risks, track dependencies, and manage delivery timelines
  • Define, monitor, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) across project portfolios
  • Streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency and compliance readiness
  • Build trusted relationships with internal teams and external partners

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in program or project management within a tech environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in software development environments or working directly with engineering teams
  • Proven background in Payments Industry, particularly in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) or Sanctions compliance
  • Experience leading programs across global cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance technical depth with strategic decision-making
