Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based REST APIs to integrate AI/ML services.
• Architect and orchestrate Agentic AI agents capable of reasoning and multi-step task execution by integrating LLMs with APIs, external tools, and data sources.
• Implement and manage machine learning models, large language models (LLMs), and AI orchestration workflows.
• Develop innovative Generative AI solutions for text generation, summarization, conversational AI, and content automation.
• Build and maintain data pipelines for structured (SQL), graph (CosmosDB), and unstructured (Elasticsearch) data stores.
• Develop and implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using platforms like Azure AI Search, AWS OpenSearch, or other vector databases.
• Create and optimize prompts for LLMs to improve performance and response accuracy.
• Collaborate with product and frontend teams to embed Generative AI features into enterprise applications.
• Lead AI integration efforts, ensuring seamless functionality and robust performance.

Required Skills

• Expert in Python for backend development and building scalable REST APIs.
• Strong experience in AI/ML orchestration, predictive modeling, and handling LLMs.
• Proven expertise in Agentic AI development using frameworks like OpenAI Functions or custom orchestration tools.
• Deep knowledge of Generative AI models, including text generation, summarization, and prompt engineering.
• Hands-on experience with data management in SQL, graph databases (CosmosDB), and unstructured storage (Elasticsearch).
• Demonstrated experience implementing RAG pipelines with AutoAI, OpenSearch, or vector databases.
• Skilled in developing intent detection models and Natural Language Understanding (NLU) components.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of advanced Digital Enablement techniques through AI/ML frameworks and tools.
• Understanding of Agentic AI concepts and architectures.
• Experience with DevOps practices, continuous integration, and container orchestration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• 5 to 10 years of professional experience in AI/ML software development and enterprise AI solutions.
• Proven track record of working on Generative AI, LLM integration, and AI orchestration projects.
