Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Cerner Soarian Financial application implementation and support projects.
- Configure and troubleshoot complex Cerner solution components to meet business requirements.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis of incidents, documenting findings and resolutions.
- Gather detailed business requirements, analyze process flows, and define scope for project delivery.
- Create and maintain comprehensive knowledge articles and documentation for Cerner functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Plan and manage deliverables to ensure on-time project completion.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Cerner Soarian Financial systems and Cerner Millennium projects.
- Expertise in application support, incident management, and troubleshooting.
- Proficient in gathering and analyzing business requirements within healthcare IT environments.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams.
- Familiarity with healthcare IT compliance and standards is preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analysis, or related fields.
- 3 to 12 years of relevant experience in healthcare IT business analysis with a focus on Cerner applications.
- Prior experience in business analysis for Cerner Soarian Financial solutions is highly desirable.
