🛠️ Key Responsibilities

As a Tech Lead – MES Solutions, you will:

• Design, develop, and implement MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) solutions using GE Plant Apps and ThingWorx.
• Collaborate with project teams and clients to gather system requirements.
• Integrate MES platforms with existing enterprise and shop-floor systems.
• Lead and mentor developers to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain software development standards.
• Participate in Agile methodologies including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize MES applications.
• Use test management tools to ensure the software is scalable and reliable.
• Leverage SQL and scripting for automation and database management.

💡 Required Skills & Tools

• Strong hands-on expertise with GE Plant Apps, GE Proficy, and ThingWorx.
• Solid knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and database integration.
• Experience with test management tools and test automation scripting.
• Proven ability to lead MES implementation and integration projects.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in MES technologies and industrial software systems.
• Certifications in GE or MES platforms are a plus.
