🎯 Key Responsibilities

- Achieve EMI and penalty recovery targets across loan portfolios.
- Oversee collection operations in various payment buckets for 2W/3W loans.
- Repossess vehicles where applicable and close recovery cases effectively.
- Apply multi-channel communication strategies for improved recovery.
📌 2. Vendor & Agency Management
- Appoint and oversee debt collection agencies.
- Allocate case loads to vendors and ensure SOP adherence.
- Ensure prompt EMI deposits and timely vendor payments.
- Conduct field audits and training for vendor agents.
📌 3. Debt Recovery Process Execution
- Initiate and supervise customer outreach calls.
- Enforce process compliance in customer interactions.
- Collect customer feedback for process improvement.
- Organize ongoing debt recovery training programs.
📌 4. Stakeholder Engagement
- Conduct regular reviews with key stakeholders.
- Realign collection strategies based on market dynamics and internal goals.
- Prioritize collection efforts based on business needs.
📌 5. Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit top talent for field recovery and support roles.
- Identify and groom high-potential team members for leadership.
- Set performance benchmarks, provide mentorship, and maintain morale.
