Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of developers, providing technical guidance and enhancing their skills in ServiceNow development and JavaScript programming.
- Conduct detailed code reviews and enforce quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines.
- Optimize application performance and implement architectural best practices to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
- Participate in technical feasibility studies, providing insights on technical alternatives, risk mitigation, and resource estimation.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, while managing project escalations effectively.
- Ensure compliance with organizational processes and contribute as a technical consultant during design and implementation phases.
Required Skills and Expertise
- Strong experience with ServiceNow platform development and customization.
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and related web technologies.
- Proven track record in leading technical teams and delivering complex IT projects.
- Familiarity with ITSM (IT Service Management) and digital workflow automation.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize enterprise applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years in software development with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
- ServiceNow certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
