Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support multi-modality imaging equipment within the assigned service area.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex, multi-symptom system-level technical issues.
- Complete timely documentation of Field Modification Instructions (FMIs) and Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) inspections.
- Develop foundational engineering knowledge and grow technical expertise in medical device services.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the critical interface between GE Healthcare and clients, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards to support quality service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) from an AICTE-approved or government-accredited university.
- Graduating in 2024 or 2025, with a minimum aggregate of 70% or 7.0 CGPA; no active backlogs.
- Solid understanding of electronics and electrical engineering principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
