Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Power Electronics and RF Coil manufacturing lines, ensuring smooth production flow
  • Identify and resolve quality issues on the manufacturing line to maintain product standards
  • Ensure timely completion of equipment calibration activities and maintain detailed calibration reports
  • Conduct Verification and Validation of equipment and production processes, preparing detailed reports
  • Support equipment installation and maintenance activities for seamless operations
  • Coordinate procurement and management of tools and equipment used in manufacturing
  • Handle non-conforming product areas and facilitate clearance of reports with production teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and supplier quality engineers to resolve supplier rejections and rework
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining work instructions, device history records, and engineering change documentation
  • Train manufacturing teams on updates and changes in work instructions to ensure compliance
  • Develop solutions to address quality, cost, and productivity challenges
  • Participate in EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) initiatives as a support member
  • Maintain accurate inventory of capital goods and ensure traceability
  • Lead and support Poka-Yoke projects to simplify manufacturing processes through error-proofing
  • Drive Lean manufacturing and Kaizen initiatives across the manufacturing lines to enhance efficiency

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to analyze and resolve manufacturing challenges
  • Effective oral and written communication skills for clear documentation and team interaction
  • Ability to plan, document, and execute projects independently or as part of a team
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and continuous improvement methods
  • Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and Kaizen practices
  • Proactive attitude with eagerness to learn and collaborate across functions

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates or up to one year of relevant experience in manufacturing, engineering, or related fields
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related disciplines) preferred
  • Strong academic record and passion for manufacturing and process improvement
