As a Subject Matter Expert β Automation at Amazon Bengaluru, your role will focus on:
- Designing analytical frameworks and end-to-end automation systems to streamline catalog and operational workflows.
- Building automated tools, dashboards, and self-service analytics to support cross-functional teams.
- Partnering with stakeholders to automate manual reporting and enhance catalog health, content accuracy, and selection onboarding.
- Driving catalog optimization through process standardization and system integration.
- Performing root-cause analyses to identify and address gaps in product discoverability and data completeness.
- Leading real-time exception management via proactive alerting and monitoring tools.
- Creating and maintaining automation playbooks, technical documentation, and operational SOPs.
- Keeping up with emerging automation and analytics technologies to implement best-fit scalable solutions.
π§ Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in program or project management with a focus on automation or data operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data cleaning, processing, and visualization.
- Strong experience using data to influence business decisions and recommendations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and a good understanding of operational metrics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Tableau or similar BI/data visualization platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, including array formulas and statistical functions.
- Background in catalog management, e-commerce operations, or supply chain automation.
- Basic understanding of SQL or programming for data extraction and automation.
