As a Senior Technical Lead, your core responsibilities include:

- Knowledge of quality assurance frameworks and industry coding standards.
- Strong communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in civil/structural engineering roles.
- Proven track record as a technical lead or senior project engineer.
