🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead product design and portfolio management for Laundry Premium Powders in India, aligned with the HC Bright Future Strategy.
- Collaborate closely with global and local teams across R&D, Procurement, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Commercial Functions.
- Screen and develop breakthrough technologies and affordable formulations in line with consumer insights.
- Manage end-to-end technical delivery of projects, from lab innovation to scale-up and factory transfer.
- Provide formulation inputs to support claims development and marketing toolkits.
- Ensure adherence to local regulatory and quality requirements during innovation execution.
- Monitor global and local competitor activity, and deliver actionable insights to the business.
- Drive materials resilience, simplification, and cost-saving programs within the portfolio.
- Mentor and develop team members, set ambitious targets, and support career growth.
- Act as the single point of contact for technical queries related to the assigned market.
✅ Skills & Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: Post Graduate in Chemistry or B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.
- Experience: Proven experience in Home Care or FMCG product development, preferably in laundry powders or detergents.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong expertise in formulation, technology screening, and material resilience.
- Business Acumen: Ability to balance short-term priorities with long-term innovation and growth strategy.
