Key Responsibilities

As a Talent Scout Executive – Bengaluru, your responsibilities will include:

• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.

• Deep understanding of compliance and employment law in India.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree (HR, Business, or related field preferred).
• 8–12 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
