Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex, cross-functional IT programs focused on global infrastructure, cloud computing, and workload services optimization.
- Develop and implement robust disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity plans (BCP) tailored to multi-cloud and hybrid IT environments including AWS, Azure, SaaS, and On-Premise systems.
- Collaborate with cloud architects, IT operations, and infrastructure teams to enhance workload distribution, failover strategies, and system resiliency.
- Define program execution methodologies and enforce standardized project management practices across initiatives.
- Organize and lead project teams comprising internal and external technical and functional experts, ensuring alignment with budget, scope, and timelines.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs) related to IT workload services and disaster recovery effectiveness.
- Identify and resolve program risks, roadblocks, and interdependencies to maintain seamless project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with relevant IT governance and security frameworks.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other STEM fields.
- 12+ years of experience in IT program/project management, with strong operational delivery and service support background.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management qualifications highly preferred.
- Expertise in IT disaster recovery planning, workload migration, and cloud infrastructure management.
- Proficient with multi-cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid IT environments.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, ISO certifications, and compliance standards such as ISO 22301, NIST, SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR.
- Proven experience managing large-scale IT programs in globally distributed organizations.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
