Key Responsibilities
As a Solutions Architect – Meta Business Messaging, you will:
- Serve as a technical consultant and subject matter expert for enterprise partners integrating Meta Business Messaging solutions
- Guide partners through successful integrations, focusing on technical collaboration and business impact
- Monitor industry trends and maintain deep understanding of the partner ecosystem
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Partnerships, Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to drive revenue and adoption
- Influence industry innovation by participating in conferences and presenting to executive audiences
- Break down complex projects into actionable tasks and coordinate across multiple teams and partners
- Build strong internal and external relationships to support partner success
- Mentor and onboard new team members as needed
Required Skills & Competencies
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Partner Engineer
- Expertise in API integration, software systems, SQL scripting, and web/mobile technology stacks
- Strong client-facing skills with experience driving integration projects
- Ability to work in a revenue-focused, sales-driven environment
- Exceptional problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills
- Understanding of partner ecosystems and enterprise technology trends
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Meta Advertising products and Business Messaging solutions
- Experience in partner ecosystem management and enterprise-level solution implementation
- Technical knowledge of Messenger, WhatsApp, and Instagram business integrations
