You will lead, mentor, and supervise Analysts and Advanced Analysts, while providing technical guidance on US investment partnership taxation, allocations, and filings.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor Analysts and Advanced Analysts, acting as a counselor and guide.
- Proactively identify issues and recommend practical solutions.
- Manage client engagements, ensuring timely and accurate completion of work assignments.
- Foster a collaborative and constructive team environment, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.
- Take ownership of your schedule and workload to achieve annual chargeability goals.
- Ensure consistent adherence to practice protocols, internal processes, and tax methodologies.
- Monitor quality, deadlines, and client satisfaction, providing feedback and guidance to team members.
- Explore opportunities for rotations and exposure to different teams for professional growth.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance.
- Strong knowledge of US investment partnership taxation, including hedge funds and private equity structures.
- Expertise in partnership tax allocations, including aggregate allocations, tax waterfalls, and GP clawback mechanisms.
- Experience reviewing Schedule K-1, Form 1065, state returns, and state withholding forms.
- Strong mentoring, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
