Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of Identity & Access Management (IAM) processes using PING SSO and related technologies.
- Partner with business units to identify, remediate, and prevent non-compliance issues related to system access, aligned with regulations such as Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), ISO27002, Data Protection laws, and global privacy standards.
- Develop, enforce, and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Oversee account lifecycle management and privilege access controls to ensure secure, compliant user access.
- Influence and collaborate with IT leadership to define and drive IAM strategy, best practices, and change management.
- Stay current on IAM technology trends and promote their adoption across the organization.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, application teams, and vendors for smooth delivery of IAM programs and services.
- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for all Identity & Access Management activities, including documentation and training.
- Ensure operational excellence by managing project timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and resource allocation.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to integrate IAM solutions seamlessly.
- Prepare and present project plans, status updates, cost-benefit analyses, and recommend resources or funding.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other STEM fields.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) roles.
- Proven technical expertise with IAM platforms such as PING Identity (PING SSO), Cyber-Ark, Oracle Identity Analytics, and SailPoint.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks including SOX, ISO27002, and Data Protection/Privacy laws.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience in executive-level reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to foster collaborative team environments and drive cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for maintaining security and compliance excellence.
