Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Executive – Real Estate Valuation, you will:
- Conduct real estate valuation across asset classes: commercial, residential, industrial, agricultural, land, and development properties.
- Apply valuation approaches such as Cost, Direct Comparison, and Income (Capitalization & DCF).
- Perform financial modeling, market analysis, and benchmarking of rentals, vacancies, returns, and cap rates.
- Develop and maintain property valuation models to support audit, investment, and advisory engagements.
- Prepare valuation reports, presentations, and proposals for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support Deloitte’s global valuation practices (Canada, UK, Middle East, Europe, Australia).
- Work with tight deadlines on high-profile real estate projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong academic record with 1+ years of experience in real estate valuation.
- In-depth knowledge of financial modeling and valuation principles.
- Experience with ARGUS Enterprise (preferred).
- Prior work experience in Big 4 firms or real estate firms such as CBRE, JLL, Savills, C&W (desirable).
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
Desired Qualifications
- Civil Engineer, MBA (Real Estate), or Chartered Accountant (CA).
- MRICS certification highly preferred.
