Key Responsibilities
- Supervise teams managing financial accounting and bookkeeping in Tally, SAP, or MS NAV.
- Prepare financial statements and audit schedules under Indian GAAP.
- Handle procure-to-pay (P2P) and order-to-cash (O2C) processes efficiently.
- Liaise with clients, auditors, and banks to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and file VAT, Service Tax, and TDS returns.
- Manage payroll processing, introduce process efficiencies, and implement controls.
- Generate monthly MIS reports and reconciliations.
- Support business development activities and strengthen client relationships.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in finance operations, accounting, or taxation.
- Proficiency in SAP, Tally, MS NAV, and accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting, tax compliance, and audit practices.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
