Key Responsibilities
Animation & Design
- Develop high-quality 2D and 3D animations, graphics, and visual content for internal and external communications.
- Ideate and conceptualize creative solutions for digital and print campaigns.
- Prepare storyboards and define graphic styles for all animation projects.
- Handle end-to-end production and ensure delivery within timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project objectives and exceed client expectations.
Technical Expertise & Tools
- Expert in Adobe After Effects, Animate, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other industry-standard tools.
- Use pre-production techniques like storyboarding and visualization.
- Manage DSLR photography and video capture for multimedia projects (advantageous).
- Maintain high-speed efficiency while producing polished creative outputs.
Collaboration & Growth
- Work independently on design/animation projects with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with brand, PR, and marketing teams to align visual content with Deloitte’s messaging.
- Continuously learn new animation techniques, tools, and creative approaches.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Motion Graphics, Fine Arts (BFA), or related field.
- 2–5 years of professional experience in animation, graphic design, or creative services.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Animate, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in DSLR photography/video capture.
- Knowledge of motion graphics trends, 3D modeling, and multimedia storytelling.
