Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Scrum Lead – Senior Consultant at EY, you will:

• Lead cross-functional Agile teams to deliver technology projects on time.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe practices to enhance agile maturity.
• Partner with product owners and stakeholders to define and prioritize outcomes.
• Remove impediments and roadblocks that affect delivery progress.
• Manage sprint backlogs and workflows using JIRA, Confluence, and DevOps tools.
• Increase sprint velocity and delivery efficiency through continuous improvement.
• Integrate customer feedback and evolving business needs into product development.
• Act as an Agile champion and mentor within the organization.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

• 5+ years of experience in Agile project management, Scrum Master roles, or technical leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
• Strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe methodologies.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
• Technical exposure to Java, Angular, Node.js, AWS, SQL, CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with GitHub, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Splunk, Honeycomb.

Preferred:

• Certifications: CSM, PSM, SAFe, AWS Cloud Practitioner.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with executive-level stakeholders.
