Key Responsibilities
As a Resident in Medical Services, your role will include:
- Conducting initial patient evaluations and clinical assessments
- Documenting case histories and treatment progress in EMRs
- Supporting consultants and specialists in diagnosis and treatment
- Monitoring in-patient care and responding to emergencies
- Coordinating with nursing staff and other medical teams
- Managing patient flow in wards, emergency units, and OPDs
- Participating in clinical audits, ward rounds, and academic sessions
