Responsibilities
As a Registrar – Radiology at Apollo Hospitals Bangalore, your key responsibilities include:
- Handle all inbound and outbound patient queries at the PRM (Patient Relationship Management) desk
- Educate and counsel patients about medical and surgical procedures
- Identify patients for preventive care programs, including Healthy Heart and DMP enrollments
- Assist patients in scheduling radiology appointments and diagnostic procedures
- Provide quality support and guidance to patients and caregivers
- Maintain accurate records and use hospital software for patient management

- Strong knowledge of hospital administration, medical imaging procedures, and patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications
- Graduate in Science, Hospital Administration, or relevant field
- 1st Division in 10th, 12th, and Graduation
- Postgraduate in Science or Hospital Administration is a plus
- Minimum 5 years of experience in call center, hospital front desk, or patient management
- Familiarity with hospital software and patient enrollment systems
